As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Toyota vehicles to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone passionate about automotive technology, customer satisfaction, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Identify mechanical, electrical, and performance issues, and determine the best repair methods.
• Use Toyota’s technical tools, resources, and diagnostic equipment effectively.
• Complete all repairs within the allotted time and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with service advisors about vehicle status and recommended services.
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and dealership policies.
• Stay up to date on Toyota factory training, certifications, and new technologies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive trade school or ASE certifications preferred.
• Previous experience as an automotive technician (Toyota or other brands) strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
