I am writing in praise of Galina Mouryn of the Toyota of Greenwich sales team. I have purchased many cars over the years, but I have never had a better experience than working with her. From test drive to numerous questions Galina has been wonderfully responsive, professional, super knowledgeable about the car I purchased and she has gone so far as to personally sit with me and go through a few Apps and electronic procedures. I had my battery changed on a hybrid Camry at Toyota of Greenwich recently. They were wonderful. They were able to take me immediately when I happened to show up on a Saturday afternoon with a car that wasn’t going to start if I had to turn it off. (though they did tell me I was lucky it was slow – had I shown up an hour earlier I would not have been so lucky!) They were quick and friendly and professional and washed my incredibly dusty car for free before returning it to me.
