Last week I visited to see if I could test drive a 2024 Toyota Prius. Taft and Jose took great care to answer my many questions and spent 2-3 hours with me finding exactly the specs I wanted. They negotiated with another dealer to get the car I wanted at the price point I needed and sweetened the deal with a pretty fair trade-in and $500 discount. Then when I realized the car I agreed to didn’t have the larger screen they then worked and got me the one I really preferred too. They did all this in just three days. I am now happily driving a gorgeous new car. It’s also worth saying that this is my first time buying a car and they were really patient and allowed me to consult with people over the phone during this too. They didn’t rush me into making a choice. They explained everything very well.
