Was treated with kindness and patience throughout the experience; Dave worked hard behind the scenes to find the right vehicle for me, which was not easy since I was looking for an in-demand model in good shape coming off a lease. The car I wanted was quoted at $300 below MSRP. I was told that one of the OPTIONAL packages could not be removed from the sale because it was already installed on the vehicle. I asked them to discount the price to cover the cost of a package I did not want and they said no. Before I could make a counter offer Matthew tells me there is 1800 miles already on the car. So that makes it a USED car, with a depreciation of about $3000, which they were all to happy for me to eat. The "best" they could do was an additional $1000 deduction. I said no and walked away. That's probably what they wanted because they knew I could see right through their xx and were all to hapy to fnd another sucker to overpay for it.

Picked up my RAV4 2 weeks ago and the experience was outstanding! I have purchased 8 cars from David Sullivan over the past 20 years and have always had an excellent experience. David is not high pressure....he kept me informed about new models/features that Toyota was introducing throughout that time. Best of all was the sense of teamwork and service that I felt when I picked up the vehicle. David introduced me to Matt, who helped me set up the maps/phone/music interface. The service manager James came out to introduce himself and the service manager thanked me for the purchase. Angie Harsch, the finance manager made the document signing process go very smoothly and she thoroughly and clearly described the options available for more extended service and coverage. Would rate a 10 if I could go that high!!
