Awesome experience at dealership. Dave Sullivan was my salesperson and he did all the paperwork expeditiously with a smile! I hate going through the motions of the leasing of a car but the entire staff there made it super easy and enjoyable, I had a complicated deal with the return of two cars off lease and from the sales/leasing manager, Bob, giving me a fantastic deal, to the owner, Clint, welcoming me and explaining the servicing policies, to of course Dave who showed me all the gadgets of the Rav 4 that I was leasing it all went smoothly and painlessly. I highly recommend this dealership!

I really liked this Toyota dealership, and working with Galina was nice and easy. She really listened to what I wanted and tried to find a car that matched all of my needs. Unfortunately, I didn't end up with a car from here because Toyota doesn't typically have as good of incentives as other makes, but still a good dealership and we recommend if you're looking for a Toyota.

I started looking online and contacted the internet manager, Michael, asking for quotes and stock. Every other person I’ve contacted gave me the run around saying I need to come in to get these numbers etc etc but I was sent rough estimates for my trade in and for the monthly immediately. When I got in, I can NOT stress enough how easy it was to talk with Jose and his co workers. Amazing vibes and best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. Never felt like I was being pressured at any point. They laid out every number clearly, worked with me in my specific situation and got me out with the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. Can not thank them enough for such an easy experience from start to finish.

Stopped by in my car-shopping quest. Lovely atmosphere with very personable staff, but prices were higher than elsewhere (to be expected, but still). They were SUPER quick in getting quotes and answering questions, unlike other surrounding Toyota dealerships where it felt like a test of my nerves/attention span just to get answers.

Service Advisor Alisa was so friendly and helpful. Lead mechanic Jared was so kind and patient with me, taking time out of his day to test drive the car with me and help me understand my car better. Couldn't have asked for better service, and will definitely be bringing my car there in the future!!

Dave is honest, knowledgeable, very low-pressure and met our price target. He worked hard to get our car quickly. The things he added were done perfectly, the car was clean, and he spent time to teach me the systems and do initial set up. We could not have been happier with the process and will return again for our next car. We have serviced our two Toyotas at Toyota of Greenwich for five years and have always been treated very well, with great work and fair prices. Dave is a great part of a great dealership. What you hope for in a service department. To be treated respectfully. No surprises. An estimate prior to service. An invoice that falls within the estimate. Your car repaired satisfactorily. Jim, my service advisor, was a gentleman. The service department is clean, well lit and well organized. I chose Toyota Service in Stamford for my Lexus Hybrid because of other reviews, and as a result of service at Lexus being unsatisfactory. I have no reservations about returning to Toyota for service. A very good experience.

Ecxellent service provided by experienced machanics. Modern shop and it is very local. Prices are fair for the quality of work they do. I recommend this shop.

This was a fantastic buying experience for my family. The vehicle, a Certified Pre-Owned Toyota, was flawless. I'm an extremely picky buyer - haven owned several vehicles/ brands over the years - this vehicle was as perfect as I could find. I wanted the best for my wife & family, and that's what we got. I thought their prices may have been a tad high, until I realized the vehicles they sold were top shelf only. This place has a reputation for only selling the best, indeed they do! Their salesman David Sullivan was as gracious, competent, and genuinely friendly as anyone could be. Why aren't all sales folks like him? I felt nothing but kind respect. The financial lady was equally wonderful. Hands down the best place to buy a Toyota. If we're ever in the market for another Toyota, this will be be my "go to" choice. David made an anxious time a wonderful time. Bravo!!
