As a Service Valet at Toyota of Greenwich, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and a hassle-free experience when they visit our dealership for vehicle maintenance. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, parking and retrieving vehicles, and providing support to our service department.
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles in an organized manner.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the service drive area and customer waiting areas.
- Assist in providing information to customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Offer exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and requests.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as a valet is a plus but not required.
