As a Digital Representative at Toyota of Greenwich, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing incoming sales leads and inquiries, as well as providing top-tier customer service in a digital environment. Your role is critical in creating positive customer experiences and helping our company achieve its sales and service objectives.
- Monitor and track all incoming sales leads utilizing our Customer Management Software.
- Respond promptly to inquiries through various digital channels, such as email, chat, social media, and website forms.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
- Manage inbound calls and reroute to appropriate team members as necessary.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to provide informed responses.
- Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital communication strategies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communication, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Experience in digital customer service or sales support is preferred but not required.
