Today, We are seeking energetic individuals to join our Business Development Center. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and have a genuine passion for customer service and sales. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.
In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, scheduling appointments, and their ability to purchase. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. We have an in-house Training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers.
o Monitor and track all incoming sales leads using our CRM software
o Respond to each lead with personalized phone/email communications
o Seek to connect by phone with each lead to verify needs and the goal to schedule an in-dealership appointment
o Ongoing follow-up with leads until clients visit dealership
o Work closely with dealership sales staff to ensure a smooth transition on all appointments
o Maintain a working knowledge of dealership inventory
o Share insights learned from lead data with Dealership Management on potential inventory needs to support unmet market demand
o Support and contribute to the Sales Department’s effort to maintain a FIVE STAR online reputation by ensuring each client receives the personal attention they deserve.
