Job Description:

Toyota of Greenwich is looking for a reliable and customer friendly Valet to assist our service department. This role plays a key part in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for every guest who visits our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive for service
• Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles
• Maintain organization and flow in the service drive
• Assist customers with directions and basic questions
• Perform vehicle walk arounds when needed
• Keep the service area clean and orderly
• Communicate with service advisors and managers as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Strong customer service skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Professional appearance
